Ho Ho Ho Contest

Hi everyone!  We hope you aren't getting too stressed with all the Christmas shopping and preparations!!  We are busy preparing for our end-of-the-year clearance sale which begins December 20 -January 2.  All fabric will be on sale for incredibly low prices as well as books, patterns, kits, thread...okay well EVERYTHING will be on sale!

We are also having a Christmas contest.  

The rules are simple...become a follower of our blog and post a comment below telling us what you are making this Christmas.  That's it....you will be entered to receive a great prize package.  (More later on the prize...He He..or should I say Ho Ho?!)  Post your comment before December 25th to be entered!!

  4. I'm finishing up a quilt for my step father and also backing a quilt top for my hair dresser to give her son, who just got back from Iraq. She decided to give it to him for Christmas this year instead of waiting for him to get married. I'm keeping pretty busy this year.

  5. I am making a floor quilt for my grandchild that will arrive in April 2011. I am in the cutting stage. The pattern I am using is called Stinky Feet and I am making it using scraps from my fabric stash!

  6. I am making little gift card/ credit card holders. Using up all the small scraps I have. Also making lap quilts for older family members.

  7. I am making 25 Double Drawstring Jewelry Pouches. 5 will go to my nieces and the other 20 will go to our local "Seneca Santa" for girls in our area that receive from the charity. They are so much fun to make!

  9. I'm finishing up the Diggers and Dozers quilt kit that I bought here! It's turning out to be one fantastic quilt. I'm also making a pillow case to match.

  10. So many projects - so little time! I'm making table toppers and runners for my adult stepchildren this year and made a throw for my daughter and her husband. It has a camping theme.

I finished a twin size Quilt I hand made for my 13 year old son that I started when he was 5 and it contains all blocks that has intrest and the life happenings in his life time out of materials that I have been collecting over the years, and I alos made 6 tote bags I designed my self so proud for family girls and friends I work with for christmas gifts. I feel when I can give of my self from my hands it means so much more to me to give of my talents to others. I love giving of myself. I am so blessed. And now I am working on a purse I am desinging as a patteren for myself. Busy Busy Busy.And Blessed.

  18. Cute snow-bear. A nephew of mine married last year and I am still working on his quilt. My husband is begging me to finish the Snowman Collector quilt and I'm thinking I ought to be doing little Christmas gifts such as I saw posted here. Thanks for asking, helps me review my choices. LOL
